The Best Western Plus Hôtel Masséna Nice, with its ultra-central address near Place Masséna, unveils its spectacular renovation. This 400,000 Euro renovation is a real metamorphosis funded entirely by the single owner, Bernard Leng.
The designer Armelle Beslay from Intérieur & Extérieur Concept was given carte blanche to overhaul the communal areas under the watchful eye of Bernard Leng.
Fresh spin on contemporary Art Deco
The entire ground floor (lobby, reception, breakfast room and Matisse lounge) has been given a contemporary take on Art Deco style. The blend of materials [wood, crocodile, wrought iron and brass] and classic colours [cream, brown, grey and chocolate] make it an incredibly relaxing space where clients love spending time.

The new reception area has dropped physical barriers and evolved customer contact. Welcoming guests is a vital part of Summer Hotels and this new layout frees up receptionists and creates a better dynamic. Avant-garde technology has come to the hotel with a Passportscan and removable tablets to check in clients.

You can now see Nice's blue sky as the lobby is bathed in light following the restoration of a glass roof which lay hidden behind a suspended ceiling for 30 years. The renovation is a real asset for the wellbeing of both our clients and employees.
The breakfast room has been given a brand new look based around a new bespoke central island.
