Dogs are only allowed on Cannes beaches in the low season. The nearest beach authorized for dogs during the summer season is in front of the Parc de Vaugrenier in Villeneuve-Loubet, about ten kilometers from Cannes. It's a lovely pebble beach where you and your dog can enjoy the sun.
