• Parks, squares and gardens

- The Alsace Lorraine garden : In the heart of downtown Nice and only a 5-minute walk from the Hotel Brice Garden, the garden of just under a hectare is one of the oldest parks in the city since it opened in 1885. Between the Volti statues, the shaded areas and the magnolias, you will find a free space to let your dog run around.

- The Mont Boron park : With a surface area of 57 hectares, the Mont Boron park is super dog-friendly. Take advantage of its 11 km of marked trails to walk with your dog while enjoying the magnificent view.

• Beaches

There are two dog friendly beaches in Nice, one of which was opened in June 2021 at the initiative of the city of Nice to allow people with dogs to enjoy more spaces dedicated to them.

- The Lanterne beach : It is the most western beach of the city, close to the airport and behind the Promenade des Anglais. Even if this beach is not as beautiful as the ones on the Promenade des Anglais, it has several advantages. First of all, there is a free parking right in front of the beach. It is a supervised beach with a protective mound of pebbles, which offers a very pleasant swim for both you and your four-legged best friend.

- The Lenval beach : located on the Promenade des Anglais, between the Fabron beach and the Magnan beach, you can recognize it thanks to the Lenval hospital just in front. It is only since last year that this beach accepts our friends the dogs. Delimited by two statues of the artist Stéphane Bolongaro, you will find at the Lenval beach all the equipment you need for your dog: fresh water taps, garbage cans and bags.

• Outside of Nice

- The coastal path : From Nice to Villefranche-sur-Mer, the coastal path offers you breathtaking postcard landscapes. Take a walk with your pet, but be careful, there are many steps!
