The Cyclone Studio opposite the Best Western Plus Hôtel Masséna Nice provides cycling classes with a stress release vibe. Cyclone Studio takes you on a 45-60 minute journey of intense cardio in the dark with banging music and encouragement from an experienced coach.
Every class is unique as coaches change their playlists and choreography on a regular basis to keep things exciting and work your muscles in a range of exercises: core, press-ups and dumbbells on the bike.
Every session sees you burn fat, tone muscles and sculpt your body to the beat of the music. This workout enables you to release stress as you burn calories. Ideal if you want to tuck into post-workout Nice specialities guilt-free.

Discounted rates and ideal conditions
As a guest at the Best Western Plus Hôtel Masséna Nice you get a discounted rate of 20€ per session instead of 22€. Ask for a voucher at reception to present when you arrive at the Cyclone studio. Class timetables are available to view on the Cyclone Studio website.
Just bring your sports kit (not shoes) and a bottle of water. Cyclone Studio takes care of the rest: towels, special footwear, toiletries and shower products. The studio's changing rooms have private showers and lockers.
