Carnival dancers and musicians bring Nice to life in February. What's this year's theme? King of the World's Treasures. Floats, big heads, flower battles and more. Dive into the carnival's fantastic fairytale atmosphere. The performers know how to put on a show!
There's a whole host of things to experience during the fortnight-long festival. Starting with the extra special 150th anniversary Great Parade that brings together everyone involved in the carnival: meet the king, queen, big heads, musicians, dancers and more. If you want a show-stopper, the illuminated carnival Corso is for you. The floats dazzle and light up the night parade. Good times guaranteed. Last but not least, feast your eyes on the iconic flower battles. A riot of colour and aroma!

Opening ceremony and Carnival village inauguration: 6.30pm February 10th Place Masséna
150th anniversary Great Parade: 2.30pm on February 11th Place Masséna
Illuminated Carnival Corso: 8.30pm on February 11th, 14th, 18th, 21st and 25th 2023 Place Masséna
Flower Battles: 3pm February 12th and 2.30pm February 15th, 18th, 22nd and 25th Place Masséna.
Lou Queernaval: 8.30pm on February 17th Place Masséna
Closing event: 2pm on February 26th Place Masséna
